Use moisture-resistant wood or PVC boards, sturdy brackets, and wall anchors. Measure and level the shelves before securing them to studs or tile with appropriate drill bits and screws. Seal wood shelves with waterproof paint or varnish.

Repurpose glass bottles with pump lids, or use a drill bit to create a hole in a ceramic container for a pump insert.
