Every 6 months: Lubricate parts, check balance, and inspect cables/springs for wear.

Use foam board inserts or reflective insulation kits—cut to fit panels and secure with adhesive.

Loosen track bolts, tap the track into alignment with a rubber mallet, and retighten. Check for level with a carpenter’s level.

Replace the remote batteries, check for obstructed sensors, or reprogram the remote (see #1).
